    Intense and comprehensive workout in 35 min. The trainers know their stuff, are motivating and get to know your individual needs because of the small group atmosphere. Highly recommend!

    I love EarthFit training program and philosophy. It was the best decision I have made for myself in a while. Since I started the program I have been feeling wonderful and with so much more energy. The trainers and owner are fabulous people and so knowledgeable; I trust them 100% and I know that they want the best for all their “students”. I ❤️ EarthFit.

    This is definitely the best workout facility that I have ever been to in my life. These people truly care about you, they know your name, and they make sure you’re getting the best workout you possibly can. Someone told me about Earth Fit in New Fairfield two years before I joined. I wish I had joined when they told me to! In just four months I’ve seen an amazing transformation in not only my body, but my overall feeling of well-being in general. It is definitely worth the money and I highly recommend!

    Seana and her team are terrific. Very professional and customer focused. They do a terrific job personalizing each individuals exercise routine even in a group setting.
