(October 14, 2018, 1:34 pm)This studio brought Yoga back into my life for good. Becca is one of my favorite yoga instructors, her classes are never boring and help me challenge myself in my pracice. The studio also puts a lot of effort into new and unique offerings like Breathe and Beats with a live DJ and Reiki trainings. This studio is a great community.

Thanks Becca for teaching me where my hands go, Jesse for showing me proper alignment, and Staci for your intense vinyase flows. You guys are the best!!

(August 21, 2018, 5:41 pm)I love coming to PAZ Yoga! All the instructors and the space are welcoming and supportive. Great instructors and everyone is encouraged to do their best at their own pace. Lots of fun extras too-- like essential oil classes, off site classes, and creative workouts.
