    Ashlyn is the most knowledgeable therapist i have seen. (and i've seen a lot) She knows how to listen to my body. With that, she knows what needs extra attention and what needs to relax. Her pressure is outstanding. If i need deep tissue or Swedish, she can match the pressure of each. At the end of each session, she will teach me what i can do at home to help my pain until the next time i can see her.
