  I have studied dance as an adult at a social level for years and at many places. I find myself always returning to Maria because of her passion for dance and the ease at which she makes it fun. So, in the sounds of music, regardless of what level your at or what your motivations may be, Maria will be with you every step of the way!!!!

  If you want to be an overnight sensation, Maria can do what most teachers cannot. No teacher has ever been able to identify and solve our missteps as quickly as Maria. I noticed a difference at the very first lesson. She can help your guy be a better lead and she can teach you how to move your hips. We've attended our fair share of dance lessons over the years. Several months in she is still helping me perfect my skills and the entire time it feels like a fun party. Don't waste time with anyone else. She is the best choice, hands down.

  What an interesting and exciting way to learn how to dance! I've always wanted to train my two 'left feet' to move together. Maria Fiore's teaching style makes learning fun. She knows how to coach to my very unfluid natural style and I've not only learned dance moves and techniques, but I've learned a lot about how to make my body do what I want it to do. To do a foxtrot around the ballroom with her gentle but firm instruction makes me feel confident and competent in equal parts. If you've ever considered taking dance lessons, this is the place to do it!

  I've been taking classes at Maria's studio for over three years now. The studio just moved to a new location on 456 Glenbrook Rd, Stamford, CT. The new decor is very fresh and pleasant overall, every detail is very well thought of.
  The staff is professional and friendly, you can either take group classes which are a lot of fun, or have private one-on-one sessions to polish on your technique.
  No matter what your dancing level and ability is, the instructors will come up with a personalized suggestions and/or program to help you reach your goals.
  A great place to prepare for a dance competition or just to unwind and have fun after work!
