(July 5, 2023, 2:30 pm)Beyond Fitness, what to say…..this place is fantastic. I engage with three trainers on a regular basis, and love the individual style, and knowledge of each of them. My Beyond Fitness workout days are my favorite days of the week. Whether it’s one on one sessions, or the weekend boot camp, I come away feeling great, having been challenged, and knowing that I’ve got partners on my journey to wellness. I was not an easy guy to get off the couch, and these folks have motivated me “beyond”. Thanks so much Wendi, Will and Eddie.

While training with Wendi her top priority was always correct form. She was able to transform my body in a few months along with helping me stay injury free for over a year!

They are encouraging, caring and thoughtful with their workouts, whether personal training or a group class. They take the time to listen to your goals as well as any aches/pains you may have and curate a program that suits your individual needs.
