I was very satisfied with my visit with Concentra medical facility. The staff was very delightful and time sufficient. Most medical clinics the wait could be an hour or more before they actually call your name. It took me any where from 30 to the most 45 minutes and I was in and out before I knew it. Special thanks to the staff Jossee and Alice!!!
The place is clean and the staff is very competent. I am, however, rating it only 4 stars because they pressured me to sign a form that I was not required to sign. This was clearly done for the sake of expediency but I certainly did not appreciate the treatment. To their credit, they did concede when I stood up for my rights. Nonetheless, this should not have happened in the first place.
