(August 16, 2018, 2:47 pm)My Dad was admitted to St. Joseph’s Manor to a short term rehab floor under hospice care. We were greeted by very friendly and warm staff. The care and attention my Dad was getting there was outstanding. Not for a second did we feel that he was treated unlike any other thriving and a recovering patient. When my Dad passed away early in the morning, our family received warmth, sympathy, privacy and attention from the staff on the floor. We are very grateful for that and will keep it in our hearts.

(May 29, 2018, 10:15 am)My mother was a resident at St. Joseph's for almost a year and a half in 2010/11. At first she preferred staying in her room to participating in any activities. But, thanks to a very sweet, loving, and persistent Recreation Dept. staff member, Mom eventually responded to her kind coaxing, and ventured out of her room to be a part of the various fun activities they offered every day. I enjoyed playing the piano and singing for the residents when I visited my mom; and, in fact, did so every month for three years after my mom passed on. The nurses were all excellent, and so were most of the aides. There were, of course, a few aides with whom we had some difficulties...but, unfortunately, this is a common problem in many otherwise excellent nursing homes.

(November 13, 2017, 1:27 pm)St. Josephs Center is one of a kind. It has a friendly atmosphere and a caring, dedicated staff. Not to mention, the residents are engaged and able to choose their preferred routine. I'd highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for short-term rehab or long term care!

Let me just say from the moment I walked in the front door of St. Joseph's Center it was a pleasurable experience. The receptionist Jill was professional, friendly, and courteous. She was answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and helping patients with their questions.
