We moved into a new home and the wood floors needed to be refinished. When they removed the carpet there were a bunch of unexpected additional repairs needed. You'd never know it now. The refinished floors look AMAZING. And the cost of the additional unexpected repairs was very reasonable, as was the overall price. The New England Custom Floors team were more like artisans than just workers, meticulously attending to every detail throughout the multistage process. The owner, Jorge, was like an orchestra conductor, overseeing the process and ensuring that everyone did their best work. And the office manager Myrian couldn't have been more helpful. For wood floors,You'll be hard pressed to find better craftsmanship and pricing.

Jorge and his team at New England Custom Floors did an incredible job sanding and staining the floors of our newly purchased home. We wanted to refinish the floors to remove years of dog scratches on the first and second floor. I was worried about the dust created from sanding and matching the color of the stain to the stairs. I expressed these concerns to Jorge and he took care of everything. The team came in and covered every inch of our home in plastic, and double wrapped our kitchen appliances. After they sanded the floors, we met with Jorge to pick out the perfect stain to match the original stairs. When they were finished, there was no dust anywhere! The floors look absolutely beautiful and we are so happy! It looks like a brand new home. I wake up every day grateful we made the decision to use Jorge and his team. I am a building contractor and I have been using Jorge and Ishmael for my flooring projects for well over 10 years. They consistently do an outstanding job on all our flooring projects. They've done very unique flooring systems for us involving hand scraping that requires a tremendous amount of detail that most flooring contractors just do not have nearly the same skill level to execute. They have also done jobs with specialty finishes to create unique colors utilizing chemicals as well. My experience with New England custom floors was amazing. I have a rental apartment and the floors have not been done in over 20 year. So they were in bad shape. I needed to get them done before the new tenants moved in so it was very time sensitive. I was able to give the keys to New England Custom floors so they could come in on a Friday and by Monday they had finished. It was all done In plenty of time for the floors to cure and the new tenants to move in with new beautifully refinished floor.

New England Custom Floors did an excellent job staining the floors in our house. They took the time to meet with us in their warehouse on two separate occasions and applied multiple rounds of samples on our floors until we found one that was just right. Once the stain was selected, they did an excellent job applying it, finishing the work on time and at the agreed upon budget. We couldn't have asked for more and would happily hire them again.
