  We needed glasses for my son ASAP and Optical Shop of Westport had a large selection of kids frames. It was super easy (the visit took about 15 mins) and they had the glasses ready later that week. Since then, we’ve had to replace the lenses twice. Both times, it was a same-day turnaround and my son only had to go about 2 hours without his glasses. Other places I called said it would take a week.. so I am forever grateful that Optical Shop of Westport is able to handle this so quickly. Their customer service is the best I’ve seen, not just for an optical store, but for a small business in general. They seem to really care about their customers and will go above and beyond to accommodate client needs and make things as easy as possible (which is so important for a busy parent!).

  I am a 2 minute drive from Costco, and I am so glad I drive the extra 15 minutes to buy my first prescription here. Was not really sure how to go about this but the owner was super nice and helped me through the whole process and picked out the perfect pair! Only going here for glasses from now on! Great service!

  Amazing service and devour! My glasses were fixed immediately and perfectly in less than a minute!
