    The store manager blaine, I got the phone through at the tmobile store was pretty cool. A real people person had me and my girlfriend cracking up. And we were able to get everything worked out where I got the new note 9 and my girlfriend came from att and joined my account here at tmobile and we got her the new apple watch 4.. it was just an all around great experience at this tmobile store.

    Okay T-Mobile shop, but each time I've been in, it seemed as if they were a bit disorganized. Plus, I couldn't get good cell reception in the store which I find odd being that it is a cell phone store! The location can't be beat, though, & staff have been friendly.

    Giovanni and Erick were there when I came in and both helped me out activating my phone. They made switching to t-mobile effortless and were great in general they solved my problem with my other carrier, gave me great info about new services they have, and even took the time to help give me info about my phone and demonstrated step by step before I left the store. These guys are awesome!

    I'm big on customer service and great service is what I got. I had the pleasure of being waited on by Kay & Erick at the New Milford location. They both were very helpful and made sure I got what suited me best. Kay started my transaction, Erick completed it. He was very helpful and kept a smile on his face. Happy I switched!
