A close member of my family injured themselves and was unable to sit down or walk. The ER could only offer a steroid shot and narcotics that this person burned through at a great rate due to their ntense pain.
We were desperate to keep our loved one from opiod addiction and restore their quality of life! After a few visits with Dr. Zhang, they were able to walk without pain and sit again! He really cares for his patients, it's obvious in the way he treats them and their families, from what I experienced on our visits to his offices.

I went to Dr. Zhang for a very painful and stiff neck problem that was bothering me for 5 days. Taking Aleve for a little relief and using a hot pad.
I was concerned how I could take a 14 hr flight in 10 days.
Immediately after his treatment. About 50% of the pain went away and turning of my neck went from almost none to about 50%.
Day 2: 50% went to 75%.
Day 3 : 90%+
He used acupuncture, cupping, and massaging.
re. acupuncture: You don't notice the needle till it hits the nerve.
Not pleasant.
But, unpleasant feeling subsides quickly.
Leaves them in for 15-30 min.
The one in my hand was painful when I moved my
fingers. Again did not notice about 20 other needles.
re. cupping : Feels like someone pinching you.
Tiny bit uncomfortable for about 15 minutes.

re. massage : I never had one before. Don't believe in it.
He gave my neck a massage after acupuncture/cupping.
There was still a fair amount of pain on my back just below
the neck. I got a jolt of pain where he massaged the
the painful spot . He massaged around the area and came
back to the place that was painful. The pain was gone!!!
After the treatment . I also purchased the $10 patch of Chinese herbs.
To be left on the skin for 5 days.
The treatment cost $80 and was not covered by insurance
This procedure was well worth it to me. Just a short amount of discomfort. Besides allowing me to comfortably take the 14 hour flight.
More importantly, I was able to turn my head more to look both ways when driving.
Would highly recommend.
