My dental hygienist put me at ease right away. She did a great job with my X-rays and cleaning. It’s hard to find a dental practice that you like, and I am glad to have finally found one.
This practice is superior. Everyone is courteous, accommodating, and very professional. Dr. Sadlowski is a great dentist and has a good sense of humor! I recommend this practice with a rating of excellence!
I took my mother to her dental appointment last week and unfortunately the elevator was out of service. The office was already aware of my mother's bad hip and called me the morning of the appointment and asked me to call when I arrived so someone could come out to help my mother up the stairs. My mother was helped up the front steps by a young man who works at the desk. He greeted myself and my mother with a welcoming smile before aiding her respectfully and patiently. This staff really does go out of their way to make sure you are catered to from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave!
Arrived at the office around 9 and was told by the woman at the desk that my appointment was not until 11. Looking into my calendar more closely, I noticed I was mistaken and my appointment was indeed scheduled for 11. Thankfully the woman informed me of a cancellation they had a few minutes before I'd arrived and fit me into the schedule! I was seated within 5 minutes of being there and appreciated the staff's honesty in telling me about the cancellation, rather than making me wait until my true appointment time. Both the doctor and his staff are always on the ball and strive to meet the needs of their patients.
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Sadlowski for years! I was in recently for my son's first dental appointment and naturally he was a little nervous. Thankfully the appointment went smoothly because the hygienist was extremely friendly and patient with my four year old. I left feeling very thankful to have such a welcoming and caring dental office and my son left with a new opinion about coming to the dentist!
