  Great place we really like it here. Well trained staff, both service technicians and in store. Nice variety of pools, hot tubs and chemicals as well as accessories. Reasonable pricing and yearly sales. Convenient in and out and plenty of parking. If we could rate this place a 6 we would.

  We purchased a salt water spa here. Great, personable staff who were well versed on all their products. Bob James was so helpful going through the process of delivery and ensuring there would be no problems!

  A big shout out to Sherry at Milford Pools and Spas for her excellent customer service. As my pool liner was being installed it was discovered that my skimmer was cracked and couldn't be used. My daughter and I raced to Milford and arrived just as they were closing. When Sherry heard and saw our stress, she let us in the door and proceeded to help us making sure we had everything we needed to finish the job. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You've earned a faithful customer for sure!

  Nicholas has been doing a great job on our maintenance this year. He is always courteous and very conscientious. He makes sure that our system is in good working order and that we are satisfied with the cleanliness..

  Hugely recommend Pools and Spas Unlimited for anyone interested in a pool.... Everything from the sale, installation, customer service, ongoing maintenance has been first class..... Very responsive and hugely supportive throughout.... Special shout out to Nicholas and Alston who have been servicing my pool on a weekly basis and do an amazing job every single time! Keep up the great job team.....
