(October 30, 2018, 10:33 am)The service is top notch! We had a tight deadline due to out-of-town- guests arriving. Chris and crew worked with us to meet that deadline. When the trucking company delivered our flooring to the wrong store, Chris personally took responsibility to have the material at our home at the arranged time. He met with his installers to insure installation of the flooring that day. During the process his installers kept us informed at every step and stayed on the job until evening to insure completion. Chris will fulfill his promises!

(April 10, 2018, 7:27 pm)Great work. Installer was creative and the sales agent worked with my budget. Gave 4 stars since we waited a little over a week for one piece to finish the job. Other than that very professional and the work turned out very nice. Would recommend.

(September 11, 2017, 11:03 pm)Working with Bob Wagner was great. The staff was friendly and sensitive to turning on the sanding machines when I had a newborn. My business contact was able to get me a date within two weeks when they were available and would always return calls within 48 hours. We only had two bedrooms but they were able to match the existing floors using water based poly with pigment. And there was no sanding dust to clean up. Worth the cost, and I would recommend.
