    very organized process. extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. clean. you can tell how dedicated and see how hard working everyone is. all for the love and care of the animals. my son and i went the day after thanksgiving and they had a christmas tree up for new “parents”/families to take a picture in front of with their new family member lol. very cute. LOVE that there is a vet clinic right there for follow up appointments/medications. also at significantly lower prices than going to an independent vet. they are wonderful in the clinic as well. great organization!!!thank you for blessing us with our new “baby” haha we appreciate all you do for the animals.

    The staff is wonderful. They are always swamped and there are like 400 things going on at once, yet I’ve never witnessed anything less than professionalism and a genuine joy to be there. Superb customer service.

    Love this place! They offer more affordable vet care than a traditional veterinary office. They have many medications on site and they are usually deeply discounted as compared to buying at a pharmacy. They also allow walk in appointments in the case of needing urgent care for your animal.

    Our family adopted a wonderful second dog from this shelter. At the time of adoption the shelter seemed quite crowded so if you are looking for a new pet this is a great place to go. We were charged $1 for the adoption. All medications were given to us at no cost along with a free follow up visit at the animal hospital next door. I would rescue another pet at this facility again for sure. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful too!
