Despite the fact that the ink cartridge I needed wasn't available at the time, he went far beyond a standard service assist. Alex researched online availability; helped me identify my rewards number (that hasn't been known for quite a while; corrected the store app on my phone & subsequently accessed coupons that could be applied today's purchase. Today was a remarkable visit✨
