  Had a great experience Newark Toyota World . Chris Delpeche was the best. I was refer to Chris by my brother-in-law and this is what everyone should expect when purchasing a car. Chris delivered my 2015 Avalon Hybrid to me by driving fro Newark DE to my home near Baltimore, looked over the car and within 30 minutes papers were signed. Did not spend 2-3 hrs or more in a dealership. If a could I would trade my wife's 2018 Chevy Equinox . Will recommended to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

  Hands down the best car dealership and people we have ever worked with! Neil and Jeff were amazing to work with. They genuinely cared about the customer, wanted to make us feel comfortable and were no BS people. We did not feel pressured to buy and they were NOT salesy. They worked with us to make sure we were able to get the truck we wanted in the price range that we were comfortable with. They also gave us many different options to choose from. They were both personable and down to earth. If I could give them a 10 I would! The financial staff was also very wonderful. Aaron and Katie were so kind and gave us a menu of options to choose from and were very thorough when explaining our terms. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle you need to go here. We will definitely be referring everyone to them!

  Underwhelmed but still a loyal customer. Truck tire found nail. I called and scheduling told me to come right in. I asked if replacement tire was in stock and was told they would probably be able to fix. Drove down and tire was not fixable and replacement tire not in stock. In two days I called parts and they could not find the tire that was ordered at first but ultimately success. Took car in, tire replaced for the price quoted but after almost two hour wait, I saw the truck with the hood up??? Then was told I needed a new battery. I did not accept and told service:
  -Truck was in for routine service just about a month ago.
  -New battery purchased and installed in August 2018.
  -Why did they look under the hood and take two hours if all I needed was a tire?
  Service guy went back and had the technician re-test and suddenly all was good and the first reading taken was incorrect. He had them clean the posts (for free ). Told me a safety inspection is part of every visit so that is why battery was checked, as was brakes. I wish that the extra time taken was spared as my car was recently serviced. So I cannot give you guys a 5/5 but 4/5 rating is still good as all came out well in the end

  Excellent customer experience.
  
  We were very comfortable browsing the lot and showroom at our own pace. When we wanted more information, a salesman was eager to help. Our sales professional was Eric Mosely. He was very knowledgeable about the product line, options, and the differences between other brand cars when compared to Toyota. There was no pressure or hype and a good vibe in the showroom.
  
  The car we wanted was not in the lot. Rather than try to sell us their inventory, Eric searched for and found us the car we wanted. We made a purchase.
  
  The day of the purchase, Eric ensured all went seamlessly. No issues. Everything was as promised and the car was in perfect condition. Eric the time necessary to explain the options and we went on a test drive before we closed the deal to make sure we were completely satisfied.
  
  This dealership offers their own unique Rewards Program which helps managing maintenance costs with purchase reward points. Also, the program offer discounts from local area merchants as a gesture of goodwill within the community.
  
  It is about selling cars with bent on customer care, community involvement, and friendliness. A great place to shop for a car.
