(January 1, 2019, 11:03 am)Everytime I come to NTB... I get nothing but Kindness, Respect and Top Notch Service. Reasonable prices for the work Done. The best thing is.... They will "sometimes" squeeze you in even if they have alot of appointments! The place is Never Crowded. There's a waiting area in the front and there's one in the back with a TV and refreshments. (Clean). Keep up the good Work Fellas... SALUTE!!

(August 30, 2018, 6:06 pm)I was recently in the shop for some small car repairs. I came into NTB for a second opinion, I was told I needed a new fuel pump for my 05 civic. I instantly thought “oh here we go again “ I didn’t have time for my car to be in the shop. Dave was very helpful. Looked over my car quickly and come to find out all I needed was a new belt ! He was very patient with ALL my questions ( I know nothing about cars ). Good communication, he didn’t do anything until he spoke to me and made sure we were both on the same page . He was very well mannered. He ordered the part fast and had my car done that day ! I’m very pleased with his service and him being so helpful! I am going to come back to Dave for all my car issues !

(August 29, 2018, 9:03 pm)Called and made an appointment, was seen the same day. The staff was knowledgeable and extremely polite. The service manager Dave took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my vehicle and the steps they would take to fix it. I was seen promptly and my car is running good as new.
Definitely recommend this shop to anyone!
