    Probably the easiest vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. From start to finish, about two and half hours and I drive off in a really great, extremely low mileage 2017 F-150. Absolutely no pressure from anyone during the process. Highly recommend if you’re looking to purchase a gently used car.

    My experience at CarMax was wonderful! The salesman I got to work with, Jesus, was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision about a car. All of my questions were answered, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy throughout the entire process. I was able to test drive several cars that I was interested in to see what felt like the best fit for me. Once I decided which car I wanted to purchase, the paperwork process was incredibly easy & simple. I'm so happy with my new car, and I highly recommend CarMax!

    Buying a car here is a lot easier than a traditional dealership. It's more of a guided retail experience than a negotiation and bargaining hassle. The price is what the price is. The only additional costs will be the taxes (Delaware is 4.25%) and any optional service plans you want to add.

    If you don't know anything about cars, it's okay because the people there will help you find whatever you need. They get a flat rate commission so they aren't trying to put you in something you can't afford.

    If they don't have the exact car you are looking for, you can have a car transfered in, sometimes even for free.

    If you like to haggle, and negotiate about prices, go somewhere else. There is an abundance of dealerships who would love to have you overpay for your vehicle. But if you like a laid back, no pressure atmosphere, give this place a shot.

    Also, if you are just looking to get rid of your old car, they will literally buy anything. As long as it isn't an RV or motorcycle.
