(December 19, 2018, 11:54 am)called summit on the morning of 6-6-16 for an a/c problem .they came late that afternoon. The tech (Shawn) listened to my complaint with the system and looked into it.to my surprise it was just a problem with my thermostat. I was not aware of a delay once the a/c was turned on. the tech explained how this thermostat operates and that I had no issues with my system. I asked him to look over my system and make sure there are no problems. He let me know my system is in good operating condition and no problems were found. He at no time tried to up sell me. I felt confident with him and I will use this company again and are satisfied with there pricing.

(December 17, 2018, 8:02 am)My husband and I highly recommend Summit Heating and air conditioning. They have been taking care of HVAC at both our home and business for seven years. We had problems with the builder-installed equipment in our home, and Summit made it right for us, working with the manufacturer’s warranty. When our HRV had trouble, Shawn came out and found a wasps’ nest inside; he removed it and got the unit up and running in no time. Always very professional on the telephone and when they are in our home. More recently, the guys from Summit installed split-system units in our business, and they are fantastic: professionally installed, the appropriate size for our facility, and very quiet! We will continue to call Dwayne and Summit for all our HVAC needs.
