I had a really great experience with Jeff Gloss as I searched, found and purchased my new home. This process offered some extra challenges because I was looking from the Washington, DC area but searching in the beach towns of Delaware. I had been looking at listings for so long -- but I was far enough a way to make seeing them complicated partly due to covid and my need to stay home, and then not finding something that fit the bill enough to make me take the trek. Once I connected with Jeff things really took off. In the first set of listings was the house I fell in love with. Jeff was flexible about my seeing houses, my covid concerns, and basically whatever would be easiest for me. Then once I saw the house - it was exactly what I had been searching for - so the search was so short!
Then we moved to the offer stage - which he made very easy for me as well -- even though there was another offer he gave me advice that got me the house. Then we began the buying process. He was my guide the whole way, and I have much gratitude for that. His willingness to do anything to make things easier for me was really important. My experience was nothing but positive. Jeff brings a lot to the table, professionalism, skill, knowledge, sound advice, commitment to clients, opinion when it would help, advice when I really needed it. What got me through the process was his responsiveness to me as a person during a time of great change; his follow-up and care as we went through all the steps was key. The distance was the stressor that he totally eliminated. His flexibility to take care of things and research on the area on issues where I had questions alleviated any concerns I had about moving to a new area. And most important, he brought a sense of humor and kindness which is what always gets people through big decisions in life.
