I have used this company twice so far and they are great. They are timely, efficient, and they really take the time to explain to you the things they’re doing and why. They never talk down to you or make you feel like any question is dumb. Today I needed an emergency hot water heater installation and was impressed that all was done by early afternoon especially since my heater is in a very unusual spot in my house and it definitely took extra time and attention from my technician (Joe Winchester did an amazing job!). There are probably slightly cheaper services out there but I am willing to pay a little extra for the amazing and trustworthy service this group provides. I will continue using them for my plumbing needs.

When my husband accidentally broke a pipe that caused a leak, they were able to send someone out the same day to make a quick fix. Then, the very next day they came back to fix everything properly and install a new system for us. They were up front with pricing and even though it seemed to take quite a while to do everything, there was no change in price. I was very impressed with the customer contact they have with texts that show a photo of the repairman who will be coming, too. The repairman, Joe, was a consummate professional. A+ all around!

When Ryan B came out he was quick and very thorough, I told him I had two more companies coming out for estimates and he was very professional, I knew I would like working with him, but my bottom line was price.Well after all I decided to go with DPP. When he came back with Kelvin ,they worked well together, quietly, and neatly. I m very happy with the service he gave me . If I need any other plumbing needs they will definitely be the company I call

Very impressed with this company. From the 1st phone call to the completion of the job they were top notch. These days it’s hard to trust the plumbing companies out there, all they want to do is sell new, there are no options to repair anything it’s new or nothing. Not with Delaware Plumbing Professionals they showed us exactly what was wrong gave us a few different options explained the benefits of each option and also gave their honest option on what they would do if it was their house. That’s another reason I would refer Delaware Plumbing Professionals they were Honest with what needed to be done. This company is not a bunch salesman they are actually plumbers that want to help. We didn’t feel as if we were just a number they spent the time and went over everything. Really impressed with this company Delaware Plumbing Professionals, I would not call anyone else. The level of service is not even close. Great job to Marc & Myles really professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I hope the company knows what they have in you two. Whatever you guys are getting paid it definitely should be more, Marc & Myles you are worth every penny.

From the initial call to the installation, Delaware Plumbing Professionals was responsive, professional and efficient! Ryan B was our technician. He came out late on a Friday night to assess our water heater which ultimately needed to be replaced. He was back the next day (on a Saturday) to replace it. His service was top notch! The quality of the work, cleanliness, promptness (in fact arrived early), knowledge and overall demeanor, A++!! Thank you Ryan and Delaware Plumbing Professionals for the wonderful service!
