  My family has found the pharmacists and their assistants to be knowledgeable, friendly, and above-and-beyond helpful. They have always followed through on the time estimates they gave, which is often 15min. - the worst wait was over an hour, like they said it would be, since they had a backlog that Friday. If you are conscientious of scheduling refills, and use their automatic text messages to inform you of when your script is filled, then you will find it easy to get your medications- the staff are never lollygagging around, unlike at several other pharmacies that we have used in the past.
  I have not had any negative interactions with any of the staff. One cashier was kind enough (when there wasn't a line behind me) to spend 10min explaining how CVS rewards worked, answering all my dumb questions, and ringing me up a second time so I could use those rewards. At no time was she belittling or condescending - and I won't have blamed her if she was! Another cashier, Rose, always helps us with a smile and makes our day better with a compliment or witty remark.
  The prices are what you would expect for a drug store - it is a convenience/drug store, not a dollar store. Look for the bargains or shop elsewhere, but don't complain that the business wasn't willing to go into the red to fit your idea of entitlement. The CVS brand over the counter medications are comparable to Walmart or BJ's, each store has several that are cheaper than the others, but the price comparison is close enough that I will pay whatever the extra is for the convenience of whichever of the 3 I have to visit anyway (I won't buy over the counter medications anywhere but those 3 places).
