(October 8, 2018, 6:49 pm)Rating the place based on expectations. Location is perfect for the value the place is also great. You can't expect state of the art at this value. If you want endless amenities this is not your place. If you plan to spend all your time outside the room except to sleep and shower etc... Then you can't get much better without overpaying.
They could do some small simple fine tuning that wouldn't cost much but improve the place. Doors are a little rough you can see air gaps and are hard to close. Bathroom could use a little touch up with caulking etc... And the TV is a lil small (only an issue watching college football, but sports bar within walking distance so...) So much is a walk away.
Honestly I was nervous when I booked it. But bed was comfy shower was warm and place appeared clean. I would stay again.

3 stars because of the location and they allow our dog. It is the cheapest hotel, one block from the beach, that allows pets. The room is fine, not modern, but not dirty.
