  My microwave suddenly kicked the bucket after trying to heat a dish. Fortunately, I still had the receipt showing that I had a 2-year warranty / protection plan that I purchased for $7.00 about 22 months ago. When I brought the microwave to customer service with the aforementioned receipt, I was asked by the customer employee if I called the phone number in the fine print at the bottom of the receipt. I advised him I did not because I was never informed by the employee who rang up my microwave almost 2 years ago that I had to call any phone number. The customer service employee called his supervisor to see what can be done because he understood my frustration about the situation. Ultimately, he gave me a store credit on a gift card in the amount I paid for the microwave. I was very pleased with this outcome and am very thankful I was able to purchase a replacement microwave with the gift card. I really appreciate the employee showing care with my situation and honoring my 2-year protection plan. I am also glad that I am now educated on having to contact the phone number at the bottom of my receipt to register my product whenever I purchase a protection plan.

  They we quick to drop the ball on letting someone know that there vehicle was done sat for extra 40 mins wasn't in a hurry but if you are sitting in there lounge they should inform the customer. They do good work ????

  Fun place to do shopping. They have so many Disney clothing available for kids and other kids brands. They offer affordable beauty products as well , and accessories .

  Five star because Wal Mart food prices are unbeatable. Today I needed help finding the office supplies and a Wall Mart actually walked over to the department with a smile. Little things like that are kinda cool because it makes things fun!

  Guess everyone had cabin fever! Crowded and everyone willing to run you over to get there first! No carts inside! All employees I interacted with were friendly and pleasant! Need to get somebody on those carts though!
