(May 27, 2018, 9:12 am)Peaceful place to escape from the world and focus on yourself. Yoga blankets, blocks and soft balls are the props for our master Yoga Teacher, Andrea. She is the absolute BEST yoga teacher ever. She creates each class to reach her students and give us a feeling of understanding about the way our bodies work. This is not an aggressive athletic yoga. It's much better than that. It's a deep tissue yoga that will leave you peaceful and serene. I experience the lasting effects for a long time. Just go and try it. You will not be sorry! Quite the opposite! Tranquil. Serene and happy.
