Old school mechanic and service but current on new technology. Fair prices. Nice folks.
The owners of D&T Garage, Tom and Diana, were very helpful. We were in town for a family funeral and as we pulled into the church's parking lot our car began to misfire pretty badly. Frantically we searched for a service center and it being a Saturday, most were either closed, or they couldn't see us until Monday. I called D&T and they were able to take us in. They were able to fix our car and get her running smoothly again so we could drive back to northern Maryland that night. The owners were very nice to us and took us in while we waited for our car to be fixed. If you find yourself in a similar situation like we had, or live in that area, I would highly recommend them to service your vehicle.
Amazing people, awesome service I'm extremely impressed coming from Jersey and this is the first place I came coming back to Delaware and I'll never go anywhere else.
Broke down on a Sunday on a day trip to the beach. No shops open. Called numerous places.Alternator was bad, Tom called me back on a Sunday, arranged a tow to his shop, even tried to find someone to drive my family and I home. He had the altenator fixed and at a great price in less than 2 days. Diane his wife was equally exceptional and caring. Great local ,family owned shop that cares about their customers and makes sure they leave happy.
A great team that works there. It was just a simple oil change but the professionalism that was exhibited was truly five-star. I would take my vehicle back there for any type of work in the future when I visit there
