(May 30, 2019, 4:07 pm)Regrettably we stopped our last morning while in town. It's located a little further down the Ave. For starters, the diner has the most moderately priced breakfast on Beach Ave.
Clean & friendly. Good coffee, cook knows what eggs over medium are, love the sausage.
Everyone who reads this, please walk or drive the extra 2-3 blocks, it's worth it. -

(April 18, 2019, 8:25 am)This family run diner is a favorite with locals for good reason. Delicious food, friendly service and great prices. Summer weekend mornings you may have to wait a while to get seated but off season there's always a little room. I'm impressed that they always try to accommodate special dietary restriction.
