  So I was with tmobile for a long time, switched to sprint and now back to tmobile. I called to switch phones and the sprint phone customer service was awful, I came into this store and Ivan fixed it all for me. He was able to help me switch out of a bad phone s21 to a better options. He and his team went above and beyond to help. Will visit them when I have an issue.

  The people were very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait in a long line. Everyone was very smart.

  I went with my parents to help them get new lines set up and to port their numbers to the new account. The tech that helped us was excellent! He helped them set up their new phones and made sure everything worked. He gave great customer service and it was much appreciated.

  My husband an I ....we were having issues with our phones. We went to the store ...T-Mobile store located in 1015 Beaver Creek Commons Dr, Apex Nc 27502 .
  We were fortunate to have met STEVEN , who works as a sales technician.
  He showed a lot of patience by spending the time from (12:30 —-> 4:30 pm ) be online with the customer sévices until he solved the problem....
  We would like to acknowledge he true Professionalism, because he showed that he cares for his customers 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

  Wonderful place. We were there for an unconventional wedding reception and everything went very well. The spirit of love and tolerance was palpable.

  Totally blown away by my experience at the service. It was more like a TED Talk than a sermon. My wife and I found ourselves for days discussing Concepts and ideas and things that we had heard. We definitely intend to go back. I for one had a really good experience. But I've only been there one time.

  A wonderful place, nestled in upper Northwest Washington's, Shepherd Park area on 16th Street, NW. It is a non denominational spiritual organization.
