  This property is awesome! The community is luxurious. Neighbors are respectful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Apartments are spacious, affordable and energy efficient! The Fort Totten metro station is less than a 10 minute walk. The amenities are off the hook !!! There are two courtyards both of which are vibrant. One courtyard has a two-tier pool, lounge area and grilling stations. Another courtyard has a designated yoga space - and lot of greenery. Plus, there are multiple clubrooms that serve as entertainment and work spaces - and more! Just book a tour, you won't regret it. The staff care a lot - do not underestimate them. Acquire your own experience~

  The apartments are very spacious and have great amenities including built-in microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer in every unit. The building also has a pool, gym, lounge areas, fire pits, bbq grills, and landscaped garden areas, and WalMart is in the first floor of the building. WOW. I'm so pleased to be in a professionally managed building where everyone from the Property Manager to leasing consultants, concierges, maintenance personnel, and housekeeping staff are warm, friendly, and take pride of ownership in their work and seem to enjoy their jobs. I've been here about three months and I love my new apartment.

  Recently moved in. Close to where I work in Shaw about 10 to 15 minutes . Wal-Mart is literally right below. Metro is really close. Nice brand new gym . And more space for less $$ compared to being a little more in the city and paying more. Area is calm as well. Not perfect but what is ? Highly recommend.

  I have lived here for almost a month now. Everyone from the leasing agents to the front desk people are wonderful, very nice and helpful. My apartment is beautiful with huge windows and was very clean when I moved in. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the walls are a little thin and I can hear everything in the mornings. I also was unable to visit before my move in date and the floor plan was a bit misleading. I pay for a one bedroom but there is one wall of the bedroom that is 3/4 a wall and my floor plan indicated a balcony, which we do not have.
