  Evan, Tom, and LaToya were a wonderful support team during the process of selling my condo. They provided me with great guidance, answered all of my questions completely, and were extremely prompt in their responses. Evan really went to bat for me numerous times with the buyers agent and made it so that I really didn’t have to worry through my selling process. Thank you team!

  Wow! I have worked with Evan (and his team) twice and on both occasions it has been a pleasure. Not ever having purchased or sold a place I needed a lot of guidance which Evan patiently provided. In searching for my DC place Evan worked hard to identify a place that met my requirements - it took some time but Evan was by my side through it all. I recently sold my place in Fairfax and Evan had a buyer within 3 days - incredible! I have no hesitation in recommending Evan and his team especially if you want a guiding, patient hand helping you.

  Mark was simply amazing. It was my first time buying a house and was told by many people that buying a house is a super cumbersome process, but it was not thanks to Mark. He made all the process so smooth that I was even questioning if I was missing some actions I needed to take. He was on top of everything and made my life much easier by directly coordinating with necessary stakeholders (selling agent, lender, lawyer etc). Whenever I had questions, he responded immediately, literally less than a few minutes. His guidance on bidding was the perfect, letting me win at my first bidding while not paying too much extra. Last but not least, he is a super nice guy and fun to hang out with for house tours, home inspection etc. Highly recommended!!

  We had the very best experience working with Mark. He was professional, attentive, knew the market place and worked quickly to close our deal. We so wished we could of had him when we sold our house in VA! Just can't say enough about What a great experience this has been. He also had a tremendous knowledge and prior experience with remodeling other homes, and his input was spot on! We are so grateful to have worked with Mark.
