HighRoad Hotel & Hostel

The perfect hostel. Staff was very nice, rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was well equiped and clean. We played cool games organized by the staff on saturday night which made it easier to meet new people.
That said, it's quite far from the national mall but there are plenty of buses close to the hostel so it is actually fine. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants near it, since it's in Adams Morgan neighborhood.
I really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely recommend it.

Great location...plenty to do/see/eat....nice walk to the metro (15 mins)/ walk to attractions (30 mins) walk is worth it!!! You can also ride a bike or scooter to locations.

Hostel has two full kitchens, plenty of bathrooms, clean bed and sheets to sleep on. Decent for the price.....staff I'd helpful/friendly!!!

This hostel is in Adam's Morgan, a very nice and active neighborhood at bus distance from the museum area.
Friendly stuff, good vibe, clean.
I stayed there for two nights in a 4 female room (ensuite), which was provided with lockers (the actual lock not included - bring your own or buy it there!).
They have dépliants with the most useful information, free wifi, shared kitchen, laundry facility (extra). There are a cozy living room and a lounge room. There is an activity on every night. Breakfast is included! Totally recommended
