  I live in a two bedroom here and love it! Although we got a decent rent deal due to COVID, it still seems fairly affordable after chatting with some new residents. Management is friendly & responsive. Amenities are simple but nice. The property is clean and well cared for. The views from the roof-decks are pretty sweet too.

  I have lived at Connecticut Plaza since 1993. I have found it to be a wonderful choice not only in the proximity to the Metro and other transportation but what. Made me initially choose Connecticut Plaza was the neighborhood. Being so close to shops and a grocery store and a well known Movie theatre as well as the big draw —The Zoo I loved the quiet of the building and then I discovered how caring and concerned the Management company was All requests no matter how small were dealt with competence and compassion Now under the new Management of Beacon properties All Concerns , Questions and Requests for anything to be fixed. Or any emergency that comes up are All handled with a professional Caring Staff That’s why I’ve lived here fir 27 years and why I consider Connecticut Plaza to be my Home Thank you. Joan Shapiro

  I have lived at Connecticut Plaza for 25 years. I love the location and have a beautiful apartment with a wood-burning fireplace, hardwood floors, patio, and indoor parking. I raised my son here.
  I always appreciated their personalized service and instant turnaround for maintenance issues.
  When new management took over last year, I had some concerns. I had a personal meeting with the new property manager, who shared his plans for the property, and I felt relieved.
  At Christmas they held a first-class party at the lovely restaurant next door, Lillie’s. They immediately improved the grounds. This spring, the flowers are more beautiful than ever. They have an upgraded trash and recycling program. They are in the process of building grills and picnic areas on the grounds. The biggest improvement has been a locker system that makes package delivery safe, easy, and efficient. I just received a gift today via this system and I am thrilled, since I have been quarantined for the past 10 days. The new management is exceeding my expectations.
  Many top-notch professionals reside here, and it’s a wonderful place to call home

  Lived here for a year. Amazing company manages this place. Never had a single issue with management. Rent was great for this area and there's so much to do around here! Quick walk from the metro. Can't recommend this place enough for new residents of DC.

  A great neighborhood to live. Studio apt was very trendy. Liked it very much and also very close to transit
