First, I have to say that I have seen three dermatologist who actually were no use to me. They made me feel more insecure about my skin then I already am. I've visited both the DC Office and the Alexandria Office. As soon as I walked in to Dr. Braun's Office, I received nothing but smiles. Starting from the receptionist, to the nurse (Shelby) and Dr. Braun, they all made me feel so comfortable. They made me feel as if I wasn't even there for skin issues and I walked out smiling. This is huge for me. They are the best and I will never go elsewhere.
