Four Brothers Design + Build

By far one of the greatest companies I have ever worked for. I cannot express the amount of knowledge and skills they gave me. I feel horrible having to step away but I know in order to become a carpenter worthy of their work I was going to need to.

If you're looking for an amazing build firm, I highly suggest them. They take care of their employees and subcontractors far beyond any other company I worked for. I know this sounds like a paid review but I can guarantee it isn't. Although 🤔 doesn't sound like a bad idea lol. Anyways, I'm honestly overly appreciative of everything they've done for me. The level of skill they have and the dedication to quality work was what I was looking for.
Too many contractors out there only care about profits, they actually care about results.

I'd also like to give a shout out to the project managers, we had ups and downs but in the end they were my teachers and like big brothers to me. So cheers mates 🍻 may we meet gain one day.

Four Brothers designed and undertook a major renovation of our home, which included kitchen replacement, master bathroom expansion, master closet installation, attic renovation to install full bath and guest suite, and install front portico. We are very pleased with the entire experience and outcome, starting with the architect Kate, the project supervisor Kent, and the site manager and chief carpenter/builder James. A great team to work with, highly professional, talented and responsive. As in any project of such a magnitude, unforeseen problems are unavoidable. When they did occur, they were handled responsively and professionally, with creative fixes and additional costs kept to a minimum. Our 100 year old house has been transformed.

We consulted with several design build firms in the fall of 2020 to build an outdoor living space for us. We chose Four Brothers based off of their reviews and portfolio; now that our project is complete, we are 100% confident that we made the right decision. From the moment our project began, we knew we were in the best of hands. We met with our architect (Kate) and designer (Nicole) several times to provide them with a sense of what we wanted. They instantly grasped our vision and were able to provide invaluable feedback and suggestions. Kate was insanely efficient at getting us through the oftentimes frustrating process of permits. She kept us in the loop and we truly felt we had an extraordinarily capable and professional advocate worrying about the big stuff so we did not have to. Once the project began, exactly when they said it would, our head site manager, Manny Lopez, took over and was a dream to work with. Manny kept us updated often, whether by text or weekly review/preview, with how things were going. I cannot underscore enough the level of professionalism that this company exudes on every level. Each subcontractor that came through did phenomenal work and when Manny himself did certain jobs, they were always completed skillfully and with the utmost care and detail. Like with any project, we did hit a few bumps, but they were always dealt with swiftly and professionally. The finished product quite literally turned out better than we imagined; we are beyond lucky to have found Four Brothers and would not consider ever using any one else.
