After my marriage of almost 25 years ended and my husband's marriage of almost 20 years ended, we came together with the knowledge that we needed guidance on how to be married in a healing connected way. We found this through our Couples work in Imago Therapy and in the intensive work with did at the Getting the Love you Want Workshop. I firmly believe that every couple has the potential to learn new and better ways to connect, to communicate and to envision their dream relationship. My positive experience in therapy was a compelling influence on my decision to make a career change late in life, return to graduate school for an MA to become a Licensed Professional Counselor with a certification in Imago Relationship Therapy, working at the Imago Center of Washington DC.
