  Wayne Frier Macclenny has been great working with on our new home. I will say if you want a Great sales person to deal with ask for Kelly! Kelly has been a pleasure working with since the start of our purchase, she has kept us updated step by step on everything taking place and has been on point. After I closed on my financing, the complete process from new septic, new power, delivery, setup, and A/C installed has been about 3 months from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transition. I would also like to thank Jared for everything, Jared is great people and a man of his word!

  Their selection is impressive here. Just don’t go when it’s hot out. Most units are not hooked up to power and it gets hot! The sales reps there were friendly and not pushy. They even gave us cold water bottles when I mentioned how hot it was. Definitely go here for the friendly people and massive selection ranging from small inexpensive units to 2800 sq ft models with tons of upgrades.

  While I am sure they're all great salesman you want to ask for Brittany. She's stunning and extremely helpful. We're in the process of having our new home delivered within the next few months and Brittany has been there to answer any of our questions or concerns. If you're looking for your new home, this is the place to go.

  I 1000% recommend Wayne Frier of Macclenny. Elliot & Jared tag teamed our deal of buying our first home and it couldn't have been a better experience! They answered all of our questions(I had ALOT) and exceeded our expectations on getting things done in a timely manner. They went above and beyond to make this the best first time home buying experience. They are truly dedicated to the work that they do!! Elliot didn't rush us into anything and was willing to run the numbers on multiple homes for me so I could compare the cost.   Great prices on quality homes. The staff is super friendly and they do not hover around. They let you look at your own pace and with no pressure, truly a great experience. If we decide on this option we will definitely come here for our purchase of a new home.
