(June 18, 2019, 3:03 pm)From a womans perspective: I felt comfortable speaking with them about my A/C not working. They didn't try to fix anything that wasn't broken. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. They took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my A/C and how they fixed it. I'm glad I went to them. I waited 1 week for an appointment but hey, It goes to show they really are that good! 10/10 would come again.
