My partner and I relocated to the Space Coast from Eastern Washington due to her job. We were referred to Todd by a friend of ours in Washington. Todd and his team were highly responsive and set us up with a series of homes to view during a house-hunting trip pre-move. Their agent had a thorough knowledge of current market trends and educated us on some of the nuances of owning a home in Florida.
They were able and willing to pivot plans as our circumstances changed from buying to renting and set up tours of several rentals. They also helped negotiate with the leasing agent and helped us review the lease as we were not familiar with Florida landlord-tenant law.
Should we stay in the area beyond our current contract and purchase a house we will be using them. Otherwise, we’ll be sending anyone we meet their way! We can’t say enough good about the Tracy Team!
