I had the best pleasure by having Schuyler pronounced as "Skylar" Crouch take care of us. He was full of energy and was able to answer our questions and more! He is definitely someone you want to deal with when buying a vehicle. You won't be disappointed. He listened to what I needed and he delivered! I was referred by a good friend of ours to go to Crest Cadillac and glad we went. We got a nice welcome from the staff, GM Darin & Seth from the finance team and they were awesome. I did not feel pressured into buying anything. It was good customer service and I recommend going to Crest.. Full service and Good spirits!!

Crest service department is consistently excellent. Specifically, Shawn Brown is outstanding! He is straightforward on what repairs are needed. No upselling on things not needed. His customer service skills are impeccable! He keeps you well informed throughout the entire repair process and will not return the vehicle unless he has verified everything has been repaired as promised. All-in-all an outstanding experience.

I recommend Crest Cadillac dealership in Frisco. Their phone reps are nice.Their mechanics take time to properly diagnose your vehicle instead of just throwing out a generalized, costly repair issue. Shawn is so great. He explains everything thoroughly, keeps contact making sure you aware of everything throughout the service process, & is very friendly. They have a very organized work flow, which I appreciate.
