Everyone I've interacted with there has been extremely kind and respectful to me, and it's obvious they take the work very seriously. My guitar came out looking and playing great! They were friendly and enjoyable to just talk guitars with in general. They also have some nice stuff on hand, both old and new, so I will definitely go back for future purchases and any guitar work I'll need. -

He made a new guitar sound and play so nicely that I brought him a guitar that I have owned for 20+ years to work his magic. I had brought that same guitar to another Luthier 10 years ago and that guy did ok.. I guess? I just figured it was wore out. Jacobs Custom Guitars took a short time and for a reasonable price, she sounds and plays better than when she was new!!
I 100% recommend Jacobs for any and all guitar needs. -
