  I join cricket wireless yesterday 10/5/2019!
  Raquel G was very nice and helpful to me! OMG, she is the sweetest person. I came in and told her what I wanted, She didn't pressure me to buy phone cases or a different phone, like the other phone company in the same plaza did.
  If I could rate 100 stars I would!

  I came to this store immediately after walking out of the cocoa store after a bad experience
  The guy at the other store was rude and seemed like he didn’t feel like working .at one point when I asked if I would have an activation charge he told me if I didn’t like it I could buy it online . He said it in a condescending tone almost daring me. So I said you know that’s a great idea and walked out
  . The girl that helped me here was amazing. I bought an iPhone she was great about setting everything up and putting it in my case. Adding my email account and basically everything I needed to do with a new phone. She was genuinely happy to help and unlike the first guy at the other cricket store didn’t make us feel like we were cutting into her YouTube time . I was very happy I came here instead of buying online her service was well worth the activation fee .Thank you for being such a help with my new phone . I’ll definitely be comming to this cricket from now on even though it’s a little farther from my house .

  Love this place. Young girl in there today (01/06/19) was so happy and hyper and had the biggest smile. Definitely the best cricket I've been too

  They were so helpful and sweet. The one girl, Carlyn I think, was extremely helpful and always had a smile on her face. She got me a new phone, a case and a screen protector and set everything up perfectly. I never met someone so kind and she lighten my day up after I broke my phone. 10/10 would recommend

  I recently moved to Florida from Washington state and embarked on finding a new, local cell phone service. I happened to be in Port St John and I saw the cricket store. When I approached the store one of the employees outside greeted me and walked me inside. I had a few questions about the service and rates and such and all my questions were answered and I was able to port my number over from another company. Candice and Melissa(?) helped me out quite a bit despite the fact that they were very busy. I come in person to pay my bill and they’re always so nice to me. Plus up on also having a great sense of humor and being knowledgeable. Quality customer service like this is hard to find these days. Keep up the good work.
