  My wife and I were in the market for a new truck because ours was stolen. We called and went to so many dealerships trying to find the right truck. My wife called Dick’s Mackenzie Ford and Dan Clark answered the phone. We described what we wanted and Dan immediately went out and FaceTime their inventory. Dan was exceptional throughout the process. He wasn’t pushy and was great when we needed space to talk. Ultimately we ended up with the truck of our dreams and a friend in Dan Clark. I will recommend the dealership and Dan Clark to everyone.

  Wonderful experience! Razi Gonzales was the best! Was the fastest car buying in our lives! We were celebrating our 45th Wedding anniversary that day bought a truck and was out like that! Great experience would recommend to all friends and family, Only thing that would have made perfect was a full tank of gas! (for our anniversary)🙂

  I needed a big repair done to my F150 ($4k). No other shops around town were willing to take on the job. I took my truck to MacKenzie Ford where I had the pleasure of dealing with Leeann. They diagnosed the problem and quoted me a price consistent with another shop in town. Leeann informed me some parts were on backorder but kept in touch periodically in the meantime. Once all parts were in she offered me a loaner which was a brand new truck and had the repair done in 2 days. Not all dealerships are bad. I felt I was treated well and charged a fair price. I recommend MacKenzie Ford's Service center!

  Easy simple transaction! I was able to negotiate the price in advance with my salesman, Chase. I wanted to be in and out quickly as this was a surprise gift for my husband. Everything was ready when I got there, and I was in and out before my husband knew I was gone!!!! Great service by Chase and the whole team! AND Chase delivered the vehicle to my door!!!!

  The preeminent location in central Brevard for any Endoscopy procedures, in my opinion, been a patient several times over the years and never disappointed. The nursing staff are fantastic professionals who are always welcoming, caring, efficient, and most of all always smiling (they know what's next). Office staff, anesthesia nurse and doctors are equally pleasant and very professional from first phone call to discharge. Center is clean, organized and run efficiently; they ensure you are well taken care of and follow-up the next day. Lobby can be busy during the morning, but wait time for patients is minimal, they get you to preOp quickly. Parking is a shared lot and center is just off US1 in Rockledge, easy access. Highly recommended and it will continue to be my center of choice for endoscopy procedures.

  Great staff they were all very nice and comforting, from the front desk all the way to the RNs. The whole staff was wonderful great team all smiles and very sweet, I didn’t even feel my IV being put in and I am terrified of needles.
