  Something very wrong here with the service end. High turnover of staff indicates major issues with personnel. All started during expansion to New Smyrna so have they lost their way?
  Update to previous comments, 19 NOV 2019. Appears most of the service issues were caused by GARMIN not BOATERS. I agree with several posts that the sales is awesome and will get you the best deal in Brevard County.

Special Thanks to Donny- (Awesome Salesperson) Paul- (The Big Guy, co-owner) Tonya- (Incredible skills with the numbers) Troy- (Master Craftsman on installs and service) and Ryan- (Ship's Store; He can get anything!) It's not often that so many people in one place can make the buying experience FUN and surpass my expectation's but you did... Your Customer Service and knowledge of your products before the sale is why we purchased our boat with you, and will again in the future.   I recently sold my Key West and purchased a Cobia here. They gave us a great deal on both the sale and purchase. Prior to the sale they offered to take us offshore before we purchashed with there delivery captain to ensure it was the correct boat. They did the first maitanance and fixed a few warranty items without question so far. I wanted to fish and one item still had to be handled under warranty. One of the owners, Paul
  said take it fishing and he came back after work another day and handled a warranty issue personally for us.

  We have just purchased our second boat from Boaters Exchange. Paul and Mitch treated my wife and I like family. During the entire process they made themselves available to answer questions and give advice. When issues came up they personally rolled up their sleeves and got them solved. Everyone we have come in contact with at Boaters Exchange has always provided a smile and first class service.   This is one of the best boating events in Brevard County. Lots of neat boats, accessories and interesting people to talk to. The staff is great there!
