Lori Burke Hypnotherapy

I sought help for a lifelong habit of biting my nails. I am 66 years old, have chipped teeth from doing this not to mention what a filthy habit it is. I was wearing stick ons, but even then, I would pick at them. I knew it was a self-destructive thing and after trying everything else failed, I thought back 30 years when I quit smoking after one hypnosis session, so maybe it would work! Let me tell you - I had only 3 sessions. Lori was so kind and gentle and really caring. I left my first session feeling so calm and happy..within a month or so I was not biting my nails at all. I have no desire to, and I know have beautiful nails every 2 weeks done at the salon. I would recommend Lori Burke to everyone. She changed my feelings of low self esteem an so much more. I will be forever grateful

My experience with Lori was incredible. I had done some previous hypnotherapy work back in the early 2000's and my experience with Lori was completely different. I felt immediate results and feel like a new woman. I have experienced relationship improvement, less anxiety and feel like I'm better able to communicate my thoughts and feelings with others. I want to see Lori as I had recently retired and was floundering.I wasn't sure what to do next ,felt guilty having time on my hands, After working for many years long hours I just didn't know what to do with my day. how much to relax, how much to do projects. I was feeling discouraged I need someone to help me figure out what was behind the choices I was making and how I could make better choices so that my day in the upcoming years would not seem so scary. 1st of all Lori talked with me and let me know that alot of what I was feeling was not unexpected and that she had heard this before. She was able to help me through deep relaxation techniques to really tap in to the choices I was making every day and anchor some better choices with things that I was already doing.I saw Lori 3 times over a couple months. We worked on getting up and moving, Trying new things and building on the good things I was already doing. No long talks about blah blah blah, but immediate,actionable steps for this next big chapter in my life. I feel happier and productive in a easy gentle way, and will continue to check in with Lori and get some guidance when I feel

I recently just went into Lori Burke’s Hypnotherapy with the hope to heal a broken heart, after years of no remedy. At that time I would not believe how grateful I am now with her and myself for the progress made. Upon arrival at her comfortable and relaxing work space, she was incredibly patient and attentive to what was going on with me. Based upon that and what I wanted to achieve, letting my romantic past go, she began working her magic.
Within the first session we had gotten to the source of my plight and took immense emotional steps to alleviate those feelings. After further sessions to my utter surprise my attitude to romance had totally shifted. By sheer “coincidence” I had personally turned the page with that lover and started off new as friends. Furthermore my romantic drive and success has reached unimaginable proportions. I can sincerely say she helped awakened a much better version of me. Skeptic turned believer! I was referred to Lori by my doctor for my bad habits/poor relationship with food (especially sugar). I had my doubts that hypnotherapy would work for me, since I'm such a logical, type-A, left brained person. But never have I been proven so wrong before! I kept an open mind and immediately after my first session, I felt like a massive weight had been lifted from my chest. I felt so light, my energy was totally different, it was just the most bizarre thing! Over the course of a few months, Lori gave me the tools to really examine and embrace the mind-body connection, and with her help I've overcome ALL my childhood trauma, my bad habits, and have even lost over 20 pounds. I am a changed woman, and I'm just SO thankful I was referred to Lori because it is not an exaggeration when I say she has totally and completely changed my life for the better.
