  The staff really did everything they could to help and to make us feel welcome. Our room was beautifully decorated and the beds were really comfortable. There was nothing I could complain of!

  Our room was supposedly a handicap accessible, I think not.
  Here is my review.
  1. Cleanliness -- 5
  2. Staff -- 5 (wonderful group)
  3. Accessibility of room -- 1 --all I did for the 2 days we stayed was complain, the doors too heavy, the room is too packed. A handicap room should have 1 queen bed with access on both sides, and not enough furniture to fill a house. I mean it had a table & 2 chairs, which is nice to have--a long dresser with TV on it (then here is where it got truly weird) --A cupboard for clothing maybe? -- another chair-- a luggage rack to put suitcases on--a Microwave stand with Fridge under it that blocked up some of the door way leading into the bathroom -- A place to hang clothes behind the bathroom door which kept from pushing the door all the way to get a mobility device through. We could not find a place to charge the scooter -- could not get on the sides of the bed only up the middle.
  4. Bathroom -- 4 -- once you got in and shut the door it was nice. Nice roomy shower, tall boy toilet, nice size sink and plenty of towels.
  5. Breakfast -- 4 -- Nice breakfast, people setting out were kind and helpful, I never give a 5 so don't worry about that number.
  6. Pool -- 5 -- very nice and the kids loved it!!
  7. Price -- 2-- to me too high.
  
  There is an I Hop right next door, we had dinner there one night. It's attached to the Day's Inn which needs to clean their bathrooms. UGH
  
  So to summarize:::
  For handicapped travelers this may not be the best choice. Depending on the degree of the handicap. If its steps, they have a ramp, if wheel chairs forget it look somewhere else. With my handicap I would rate the room a 1, but as a whole I rated it a four for all the above reasons.
  
  My daughter's brother in law has Cerebral Palsy and there is no way he could have maneuvered in the room. Please address this for your customers. If I owned the business I would take 3 rooms and split them into 2 to make each room nice and large, and for gods sake do something about those heavy duty doors haha.

  Beautiful pool and very clean and comfortable rooms and beds.Jim was very helpful at the main desk and very good at his job!! Very good breakfast included each morning. Will definitely stay here again when on vacation! !!

  Very nice hotel. Clean ! Everyone working here were great. Includes hot breakfast, good variety of options. I have to compliment Jim at the front desk! Watching him work the front desk and also the breakfast area one day doing all by himself was impressive ! Don't loose this man, he Is an asset to your business !
  Our only complaint is, I wish they would NOT allow smoking in the pool area like other hotels we've been to. We will find out next year when we go back.

  For an older hotel it is well maintained and clean. Staff is friendly and attentive to guest requests.
  My favorite only because I loved the salt water pool.
