(February 21, 2023, 12:51 pm)I went through Alligator Plumbing recently to get a sewer re-pipe performed. I have read reviews saying how they are expensive but what I CAN say is, the quotes I got from 5 other companies were $10-20k above what Alligator quoted me and they were willing to come down. They are rationale and we’re willing to work with me. All are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I inspected as much of their work as I could, looking for anything to be wrong (Sorry Bobby lol) but I was very satisfied to find next to nothing. These are the guys you need for you plumbing and well… everything else that they offer. They’re jacks of all trades and masters of everything.
Services ACTUALLY performed: sewer re-pipe, water main re-pipe, utility lines for a sink in the garage installed, water heater expansion tank removed and replaced with thermal expansion valve, bushes removed per request, repaired leaky valves that leaked after installation on utility line, advised me with sprinkler system. I may have even forgot a few services.

(August 18, 2022, 11:39 am)This is absolutely a local business worth supporting. Had a major clog that made everything in the house completely unusable. Called around but most companies couldn't make it out to my house for 24-72 hours. (That doesn't sound long but it's an eternity when your bathrooms are out of order)
Alligator Plumbing responded to all of my inquiries promptly and had someone out here in under two hours! The gentleman that came was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. He had everything up and running again really quickly. Gave me a few good laughs too! We will definitely be using Alligator for all of our plumbing needs in the future. Thanks guys
