  Excellent place if your serious about fitness! Abraham is amazing, as well as all his staff and clientele! Friendly and clean environment. These people care about you and your goals and will help you reach them, this is not your everyday gym! So pleased I found Abraham and his team!

  I have been going to AFIT for the last 4yrs, he has been amazing. He helped me reach my goal to do my first competition. The atmosphere isn't just to come workout but a fitfam ????????????????????????????????

  I've been involved in group training at A-Fit since June of 2017. It's intense, challenging, and has proven to be the best decision I've made for myself in a long while. Not only have I lost a significant amount of weight and body fat, but at age 54 I'm in the absolute best physical shape of my life!! My coach, Dave Gordon, is both knowledgeable and accommodating especially when it comes to modifying certain workouts to my specific limitations. His attention to each client's specific need is remarkable.
  All the coaches that train at A-Fit are amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, accommodating to their clients. Abraham keeps his gym up to speed by keeping the facility clean, the equipment gets replaced so its new and fresh.. Those items that are around for the duration are well maintained as safety is Abe's priority. Over the course of my experience at the gym, we all seem to have meshed into a " family" setting.
  I don't see myself anywhere but continuing this journey of a fit healthy long life... #ihavegoals

  Love Patti's class every Saturday at 8 am. Nicely planned with warm-ups, stretches, weights, bands, TRX and a rowing machine too. Great for your core, abs, arms and legs. Come in and experience an early class. Then you have the rest the day to do as you please. Its fun and you get a great workout.

  I love this gym . I love the concept of functional training which works every part of your body all at once . I found this gym because a friend of mine told me about it and as soon as I went I loved it . Abraham knows his stuff and I can really trust him with his expertise. The gym is very clean and well kept . I also love how we have to use roll and stretch before each class . I would definitely recommend this gym if you are serious on doing proper form and interested in your own customized nutrition plan and your over all health ...
