(May 29, 2023, 11:10 am)Wow, this gym is supportive, fun and tough. The trainers/ coaches are very informative and keep you motivated. We just did the Murph workout for Memorial Day. You really do get in the best fitness of your life.

The coaches are great at helping you perform the exercises with proper form while challenging you to get stronger at your own pace. The gym members are welcoming and friendly, there is really no downsides here. 100% recommend 👌
