What a great place! Tyler out front was super helpful and great to chat with. It’s definitely tough to find a good, professional and personable shop there’s days. I will definitely be taking my Cayman back to USP for anything my Porsche may need.
This was my first experience at UPS Euro and it exceeded my expectations:
AC fans were replaced as well as the cabin air filter. Tyler did an outstanding job at keeping me posted on the repairs and informing of the additional concerns that needed to be addressed at a later date. Tyler was also able to provide a loaner vehicle while my car was being repaired. I appreciate their service, honesty, pricing and speed. My Car was returned cleaned. Look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Mark always answers the phone, very cordial and worked hard to get my car done by Friday which he knew was important. Much appreciated.
Very honest and truthful.
Car was returned very clean
Reasonable prices
I will bring may Audi cars here in the future.
After 8 years in South Florida I'm thrilled to have finally found a trustworthy auto shop. From the phone call to make the appointment up until you get your vehicle back everyone is friendly, and more importantly these are all car guys who like what they do and know what they're doing.
Mark worked with my schedule to accommodate me. I was here for a second opinion after another body shop quoted me $900 for brakes + rotors on my Mercedes C63s (price was not unreasonable for this car). I get the news that not only are my brakes not needing replacement right now, but they're not even close.
I could go on and on, but if you like your car and want someone who will take care of it, this is the place.
USP is the place to go if you have a German car! I drive a 2013 VW GTI which needed a new intake manifold (P2015 Error Code) and a carbon cleaning after 60k+ miles without one being done.
I rolled up and they immediately went to work. The shop is very clean and professional looking. Tyler went over the inspection with me and confirmed I definitely needed a new manifold, cleaning, and surprisingly found an oil leak coming from my transmission oil pan. He showed me in detail with pictures the tech had taken where it was leaking from and the carbon build up in the intake manifold.
I had also mentioned I was losing a lot of oil and they even ran a smoke test on the engine to help me diagnose the problem.
They lent me a loaner car (free of charge) while they performed the service which only took a few days. Tyler was very helpful, knowledgeable, and would keep me updated on the status of the car. The shop even found a piece missing from the previous cleaning done by the dealership and threw it in for free.
I've put 3k+ miles since then and the cars been running flawlessly with an increase in WHP! I will definitely be coming back with this car and any others I buy in the future.
